Brendyn and Jan of Avoca Web Design have had a long association with the Kea of Aotearoa New Zealand. From childhood, this kooky species of parrot was part of their lives, starting with the classic children’s book ‘Charlie the Cheeky Kea’, then living and tramping in the South Island Mountains, to current work on the Kea Conservation Trust website. Brendyn requested 3 illustrations that reflected the core services offered by their business to be used on their website. These cheeky reprobates emerged.
